ORDER PROCESSING
- Once the order is submitted and payment is processed the completed order is put in a queue for shipping and handling. All of our goods are warehoused locally and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days
- Premium Processing charge between 2% to 5% will be applied for Next Day or Same day processing
- The order must be received before 11:00 AM Eastern Time for same day shipping
- Customer must contact us immediately to make any changes to the order. Company is not responsible to make any changes once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
- If an order is cancelled after the payment is processed online a 3% processing charge will be deducted from the total refund
- If an order is cancelled after the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund
- After the order is shipped from our warehouse an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the customer
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We sell wholesale hospitality & hotel products online. Our product line includes wholesale bed linen for hotels, hotel towels, hotel pillows, hospitality soaps & shampoo, and many discounted hotel linen items. We are fully committed to customer satisfaction and offer flexible refund and return policies.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt of goods if the merchandise is not washed or used.
- A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges both outgoing and incoming.
- For a valid return, a refund will be processed minus the restocking fee and all shipping charges.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the products to our designated warehouse for returns in the original packaging.
- Customers must inform and get pre-authorization for returns to be eligible for a full refund.
- Damaged or used products won’t be accepted as returns.
- If a customer wants to cancel an order after the payment is processed, a 2% order cancellation fee will apply.
- A 3% restocking fee will apply to all refunds once the order is processed and shipped out of our warehouse.
- Some refunds will be issued as store credits depending on the types of returns accepted.
- Returns are only accepted for defective products.
